How You Know Us
In 2005, NAI United was founded by Chris Bogenrief and the McManamy family, owners of a sister residential company called United Real Estate Solutions.
NAI United is an independently owned, privately held full service commercial real estate firm located in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota and serves the greater Siouxland area.
The NAI United team provides a comprehensive array of brokerage services, including business, industrial, investment, land, office, and retail properties, as well as lease administration, owner and tenant representation, corporate relocation, and property management.
NAI United Business Brokerage is located in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, yet caters to a tri-state trade market with a population exceeding 250,000. Strategically positioned at the intersection of Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota—collectively called Siouxland—the Sioux City Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) boasts a population of 145,940 according to the 2020 Census. This area encompasses five counties: Plymouth and Woodbury in Iowa, Dakota and Dixon in Nebraska, and Union in South Dakota.
